The Vendor Administrator is an important role within the Vendor Portal Web site. The Vendor Administrator has complete access to authorized/assigned vendors within the Vendor Portal. Complete access includes all functions and data associated with specifically authorized vendors as well as general information.
The Vendor Administrator must be approved by an executive of their company. Once approval is received by Henry Schein Canada, access will be confirmed and approved by a Henry Schein Canada Representative. Upon completion of the approval process, login and administrator functions will be employed.
The Vendor Administrator is responsible for setting up/approving additional members for their company representatives regarding appropriate access levels. Access levels are determined and maintained by the Vendor Administrator. The responsibility of updating the information and changing or deleting access is the sole responsibility of the Vendor Administrator. The Vendor Administrator has access to a tool within the Vendor Portal to manage these activities.
