Getting Started on the Vendor Information Portal (VIP)

Q: How do I get a User ID and Password?

A: In order to receive a User ID and Password, please contact the Administrator within your company who is authorized to provide access to the VIP Web site (by vendor code).

Once you are authorized, you will receive a User ID and a temporary password. A temporary password will be e-mailed to you within 5 - 10 minutes if you have a valid e-mail address on file. This password will be used for your initial login. Upon login with the temporary password, you will be prompted to select a permanent password.

Q: How do I find out who my company’s Administrator is?

A: Contact VIP.Canada@HenrySchein.ca. A Henry Schein Canada Representative will contact you. Please be sure to include your name, company name, company address, and vendor code (if known).

Q: What if I have forgotten my password?

A: Click on “Login” from the Home page and select “Forgot your Password?” You will then be prompted to enter your User ID. Once entered and submitted, a password will be sent to you within 5 - 10 minutes.

Q: What if I have forgotten my User ID?

A: Click on “Login” from the Home page and select “Forgot your User Id?” You will then be prompted to enter your e-mail address. Once entered and submitted, your User ID will be sent to you within 5 - 10 minutes.

Q: Where can I find additional password assistance?

A: Should you need further assistance, please e-mail VIP.Canada@HenrySchein.ca.

Q: How do I become an Administrator?

A: You will have the ability to register as an Administrator at the home page or at the time of Login. A Henry Schein Representative will contact you regarding your registration. If there is already a current Administrator for your company, you will be directed to that person. Your Administrator will then authorize you as a vendor subscriber.

Q: How do I access or correct my profile information?

A: You will have the ability to edit your profile once you have created a new password within the VIP Web site.

Q: I can't open my files. What should I do?

A: Please check with the Administrator within your company to ensure that you have proper access to the information you require. If you still can't get your files, please e-mail VIP.Canada@HenrySchein.ca.

Q: Who do I contact with specific questions?

A: Once logged in, please review the general contact information in order to direct your question to the appropriate person, or review the vendor-specific contact information, if available.

Q: How can my company become a Vendor?

Q: How can I get additional authorization to reports/forms?

A: Please contact your Vendor Administrator.

Q: I am a Vendor Administrator. How do I get additional authorization?

A: Please contact the person who authorized you within your company to secure appropriate access to information.
